Characteristics
The modular construction of machines does them simple in service. Thanks to features of oscillating system there is no necessity for installation of the balancing machine on the massive base, even for heavy rotors. The post of measurement and management Mech-080 and software Rosbal-Soft V2.7 automate the process of balancing, what allows, in most cases, to reach tolerance range for given rotor for 2-3 balancing cycles, and the tolerance of balancing is estimated automatically on the geometrical parameters, entered by the operator.
Thus machines of series BS-44, as well as other machines, produced by company Rosbal define eccentricity of weights with accuracy 0.05-0.5 micro microns or 0.00005-0.0005 mm!!!
To one of the basic advantages of balancing equipment of research-and-production company Rosbal it is possible to carry the highest accuracy of balancing. Minimally achievable residual unbalance is in range 0.05-0.5 g. mm/kg. The size of specific unbalance g.mm/kg is an index of displacement of an axis of inertia of rotor concerning an axis of rotation or otherwise eccentricity caused by presence of unbalanced weights, and 1 g. mm/kg=1 micro microns, (1 micrometer, i.e. 0.001 mm.)
