Product Details
A compact, economical and reliable automatic self-adhesive labelling system for applying labels to the tops and undersides of products in a single pass.The standard machine (illustrated) comprise 2 x 140mm wide labelling heads mounted on a 150mm x 1500mm height adjustable, food quality split belt conveyor with adjustable product guides. Handwheels are used to adjust the application height of the labelling heads. The control panel has adjustments for controling the speed of the conveyor, which is synchronised with the labelling heads.There is an option available for mounting a hot-foil coder for producing 'Best Before' dates, 'Batch Codes' etc. Features:- Stepper Motor Drive- Micro-processor controlled- On-board control for adjustments of label dispensing speed, conveyor speed, and dwell time.- Label roll unwind unit for reels up to 280mm o/d- 80mm, 140mm and 200mm web widths available- Height adjustable frame with anti slide feet and casters- Handwheels for vertical and horizontal adjustment of labelling heads- Left or Right hand versions available- Variable dispensing speed up to 40m/min- Aluminium full spool discsLinks:
