Product Details
TM-22T is a hydraulic press for briquetting (baling) paper, plastic, textile, aluminum cans, and other solid wastes, such as barrels, light nonferrous metals. It reduces the volume of solid wastes
by 5-10 times, and facilitates economy of storage and transportation costs. The hygraulic system of the press ensures good working condition even at minus temperatures. The binding of briquette can
be achieved by any improvised brace material (for example, by 3-millimeter wire). The press' working chamber has a "reverse cone" for the free ejection of the briquette. The press is supplied with
a built-in cart, which considerably simplifies its transportation. At your request the press can be additionally equipped with brackets for bobbins with brace tape and hooks for passing of tape or
wire around the briquette.

TM-22T is a vertical, two-door press with frontal loading of solid domestic/industrial wastes and mechanized ejection of the briquette (bale) from the working chamber. The press has a certificate
of correspondence, and its production is certified per ISO 9001.
TM-22T is a newest designed baling machine. Apart from an increased pressing effort, the press has an automatic control (after complete lowering, the pressure plate automatically returns to the
upper position), three guidings, as well as combs which do not allow the package to be unclenched during the loading of the new portion of the pressed material.
