It is very possible to produce different size of bales in the same machine by changing the collar set which is one of the option of the machine.
The bags are transferred to this big PE bag in set row and layer quantity by a very special bag guiding system. After filling the bags the big PE bag, the jaws seal the bag and cut it. Produced PE bale is pushed to outlet conveyor for being taken by the operator.
The machine comes with a conveyor system constituted by 3 different conveyors. Enterance, elevating & ironing and fast conveyor prepare the bags for the PE bag which is produced by vertical bag making machine.
Axelor BP-40 B is capable to pack bags in one or two rows in requested layers. Detergent, pulses, crystal sugar, pasta and more bags can be packed in this machine in most echonomic way. No need for expensive carton case or tape or handworking, the Vertical FFS Bag Packing Machine will increase the production capacity too.
With this unique solution pillow or stand up bags are packed in a big PE bag with different orientations. By connecting this machine to end of a vertical packaging machine bags are packed in PE bales without touching them. So your vertical packaging machine becomes a packaging line from product up to palletizing.
