Product Summary
This machine is designed for producing cold bending
profiles, such as door and window material, automo
bile window frame, automobile carport, lightgage
steel joist, sliding door and window, light steel ceiling,
partition keel and all kinds of decorative profiles etc.,
also can be designed rolling rollers to produce profiles
according to customers' requirements.

Main Structure and Properties
1.Feeding support: for placing steel strip
2.Mainframe: totally 12 sets of frame, strip steel is
rolled by each pair of vertical roller and horizontal
roller through mainframe.
3.Correcting Device
This device is used for aligning and finishing the
rolled product by mainframe, adjusted from horizontal,
vertical and rotary directions respectively to improve
linearity of product and eliminate distortion.
4.Cut-off Machine
It is auto tracking and auto cutting the forming prod-
ucts.
5.Pipe drop support: rail-type pneumatic turn-down
device.
