All Crytec products are sold with a complete set of technical and operational manuals. Product installation and training are carried out by Crytec or Crytecs local representative. All Crytec
products carry a 3-year Limited Warranty, which covers for the first year all parts and repair-related labor, and for the second and third years replacement of Crytec manufactured parts only.

User Friendly
All Crytec Bubble Slurry Ice machines are Turnkey, requiring only an electrical outlet and a (sea) water supply. They are assembled in such a manner that all components can be easily tested and,
when needed, replaced with readily available spare parts. The Crytec Bubble Slurry Ice machines operational parameters are continuously monitored and protected by the built-in PLC (Programmable
Logic Controller).
Safety Standards
All Crytec systems comply with CE standards, and higher than average electrical safety standards: IP54 (IP56 on request). Crytec machines undergo an exhaustive 48-hour operational test prior to
delivery, which includes extreme machine pressure tests of up to 27 bars.
Hygienic Standards
High turbulence and the absence of dead spots in the icemaking evaporators ensure an optimal hygiene. All components of the Crytec Bubble Slurry Ice machines comply with the regulations in the USA
and the EU regarding food-processing applications.
Concentration of Produced Bubble Slurry Ice
Crytecs Bubble Slurry Ice machines produce a more homogenous and higher concentration of real ice (up to 50%) in one put-through than when using a standard Scraped Surface Crystallizer.
Continuous Bubble Slurry Ice Production
Bubble Slurry Ice can be continuously produced in varying quantities and in different concentrations of pure ice, depending on the immediate needs, and can, because of its characteristics, be
pumped over substantial distances, using standard pumps and piping systems. Custom-made closed-circuit production and storage systems are available on request.
Fast Cooling
Bubble Slurry Ice works faster because of the increased heat transfer surface area between Bubble Slurry Ice and the product that needs to be chilled.
Energy Efficiency
With nominal energy requirements the Crytec Bubble Slurry Ice machines are 10% to 35% less costly in terms of electricity consumption than comparable Scraped Surface Crystallizer slurry ice
machines (based on a nominal, i.e. real ice production comparison).
Cooling Efficiency
Bubble Slurry Ice consists of a mixture of microscopic (5 ?), soft (no sharp or jagged edges) ice crystals and air or gas (CO2 or O3) bubbles of the same dimensions, suspended
in a cooling medium (e.g. seawater), which makes it possible to surround the total surface area of the product that needs to be chilled.
