solid, and a special agitator/mixer breaks down the product and allows it to be filled in a paste consistency. It also allows flavors to be added to the mixture. The hopper has a 35 gallon capacity
and the entire construction is stainless steel and is made to USDA guidelines.
The machine also features an adjustable container table and is foot pedal actuated.
