Pasteurizer from 30 to 130 liters capacity. Automatic Pasteurizer system for processing of ice cream mixes. Pasteurizing temperature adjustable between +65 and +85 C grades. Cooling and Ageing at +4C of ice cream mixes in the main processing tank. The Mix is heated to 85 C and stay at 85 C for five minutes for pasteurization, then cooling down and stay at the temperature of 4 C for aging. Fully automatic control. Specification: One Pasteurizing tank total capacity 130ltr. completely made food grade in stainless steel. Top cover in stainless steel, easily removable for washing. High efficiency mixer, with special stator disc for a perfect amalgamation of the ingredients. The machine processes any quantity from 30 liters to 130 liters of ice cream mix. The Agitating mechanism is above the mix level and therefore has less problems. No seals it lasts much longer and no metal to metal rotating contamination. Heating system, with several electric heating elements built in each tank. Refrigeration system for cooling the mix from +85C grades with delicate indirect cooling. Panels made in stainless steel. Automatic control of the processing cycle. Digital display of the ice cream mix temperature. Easy cleaning procedure. Valve product extraction made in stainless steel and plastic, easily disassembly. Working cycle duration 90 to 180 Minutes.
