Product Details
Piezo Jacquard bar: knitting equipment (pls refer to the Piezo Jacquard Bar of knitting machine of our company to realize it more clearly.)
Drive circuit and power supply: supply the driver and power to warping machine
Interface board: used to transport signal between IPC and drive circuit, receive and feedback the signal of spindle sensor
IPC: the main controller of whole system
A set of system includes one IPC, 8 Power supplies and 208 Piezo Jacquard Bar.
4. System component
Power supply of piezo Jacquard: high-capability switching regulator, multiplexed output DC2V, DC100V, DC200V
Power supply of IPC and interface board: high-capability switching regulator, multiplexed output DC12V
3.4. Power supply
Drive circuit adopt the high-speed CMOS IC to logical operate and output, with good stability and reliability.
The bimorph of Jacquard bar is made by high-capability bimorph, which has the excellence of small volume, low consume, quick response, high transition efficiency.
3.3. Piezo Jacquard
Sensors analog signals switch in by shielding wire, with powerful anti-disturbing capability and stable system.
Interface board of the system use the high-speed digital TTL IC to buffer, logical operate, input and output.
Total use the double induction type proximity switch.
