Main fabric take down system

Needle bed shifting system
Controlled by electronic stepper motor with vernier adjustment.
Sinker system
There are 2*8 yarn carriers are equipped in the left and right of 4 pcs of double side guiding rails; the yarn carriers can be transferred freely in the needle area, there are special applique yarn carriers for option, and the special knitting yarn method can be decided by the users.
Yarn carriers system
There are 4 groups special precised needle selectors for each cam knitting system, there are 8 group needle selectors for two cam knitting system, and each needle selector can be equipped or dismantled outside, so that make the reparation and maintenance simple.
Needle selection system
Each loop's density will be controlled by electronic stepper motor, there are many kinds of density can be selected separately, and from 00~99 section for each kind of loop's density.
Density cam
Composite design, each cam system can front transfer to the back bed or back transfer to the front bed as well as transfer mutually.
