• The U2 is with a stand . and we collect all electronical parts in the stand so that it is nice to control the machine .you can install the coolant system in the stand . because there is enough roomage in  the stand .
• The U2 have a grinding function .it is easy to grind the part so that can get a nice surface( rotate speed upward 2500rpm)
• U2 also have horizontal milling/cutting function .when you want to use the function , just move the brushless motor .then install the cutter .
• standard CNC U2  have three axis control system .and we also can add functions.for example: G-code to control the speed of spindle and coolant system . or use 4th axis .
• X, Y, Z axis are all updated with ball screws, including two screw nuts, plane bearing and couplers. All these will provide very high localization accuracy. It has three 23 high speed stepper motor for X, Y,Z axis.
• All the stepper mounts, ball screw mounts are made of steel, by wire cut machines. So they have good size precision and best rigidity than other plans which using aluminum materials.

• The X, Y axis steppers, we made shells to protect them from fritters. Of course, the Z axis stepper does not need a shell, it is completely hidden inside, and we cant see it after installation at all.

• Photocouplers are installed in every axis as the limit/origin check switch. They have very good accuracy to set up a machine coordinate system just like real industrial machines.

• For the NC system power supply, we have two 300W switch powers to supply the three stepper motors. Two 23 motors of X, Y axis use one together and the 34 motor use one singly. So the power system provides quite enough power to hard work.     

• For the NC control system, including CNC interface board, three stepper drivers, provide quite all-around functions such as STEPPER FREE, EMERGENCY STOP, LIMIT/TOOL ADJUST SENSORS, SPINDLE CONTROL, HALF DRIVE CURRENT, OVER-THERMAL PROTECTION, etc. About its performance, it provides subdivisions up to 100, the performance even near to a servo system. We recommend you use the system with upper software such as MACH (we think the best), KCAM4.

• All the power supplies, NC control systems are all integrated to the stand , so the total machine looks still very compact. You dont need to have a extra control box or power supply at all, just turn on the power switch of the mill, all the NC function will start together. Joint the interface connector on the shell and your PC parallel interface with a cable we offered, you can enjoy the CNC mill so easy!

• To strengthen the heat sink of the electronics in the stand , we add a 12CM fan on the shell to cool them. So you dont need to wary about the stability when summer.

• All exposed wires are covered by plastic corrugated pipes to make the machine looks cool. A switch is set to the position where the Z axis hand wheel has been. You can use it as coolant switch or FREE, or EMERGENCY STOP.

• At last, maybe you have seen on the first sight, we installed a 3D bracket with a tray on it. The bracket can be localized at any height, position it can reach, and the tray can be turned 360
