HSJP-100-65B Plastic Extruder:
1.Die head are made of high quality corrosion resistive alloy steel, runner plated chrome, thickness is 0.02-0.03mm, rough is ra0.05um;
2.Barrel and screw with high-precision, long life and corrosion resistive;
3.Speed decreasing box with hardness gear;
4.Temperature controlled by PID in high precision;
5.Cooling water inside of polish roller is screw model structure, the temperature of surface roller is equality, treatment by polish with rough ra0.05um and HV 850;
6.Tension of rewinder controlled by magnetic device with stability
This production line can be used to produce corrugated pipes of PE\PP\PVC\EVA ,as well as PA corrugated pipes.
