such as resin plant and plastic plant.It's used in various thermoplastic filling,compounding,improving modifiction,exhausting,vaporizing,stablizing dring and granular.

This machine can assemble 5 types of screw according to different plastic process required by customers.
The main engine employs overcurrent and scissors pin protection, and the D.C motor used controlable silicon to stepless speed regulation.
The temperature control system has realised autoregulation with accurate data display and high automation.
Screw rod elements and barrels are both made of top quality nitrogen steel with surface hardness HV 950-1050 and layer of nitrogen casehardening morethan 0.4mm.
