Three-roller smoothing machine is drived independently and its velocity could be adjusted by the users.The roller has the independent temperature control equipment adn the roller distance could be adjusted automatically.The smoothing and cooling assistant machine is equipped with the cooling structure,cutting structure,pulling structure and double working position for coiling structure,etc.
The equipment for drawing away and delivering material is professionally designed for the pressing machine to deliver material to the smoothing equipment .It could satisfy the requirement of smoothing technology as it has pneumatic equipment for hoisting the roller and the hot flake leading and delivering structure.
The pressing roller might be assembled with fluid-drive preliminary charge or inverse curve set and fluid-drive shaft cross set for settling the roller if needed.
It has stable move and high transmission precision as the pressing roller is drived by the actiyator with the professional hard dentation-surface retarder and the independent transmission shaft.
The pressing roller adopts the structure with holes around,circular heating oil under the single control,hard chromium after being accurately polished on the surface of roller.
