SAFEPACK VCI Anticorrosion Stretch film SP- MSW provides an extremelydry method of protection. It protects metals both through directcontact and vapour action. The high-tech VCI chemicals have a propertyof evaporating into the surrounding enclosure. The released vapourdeposits on the metal surface and forms a protective mono-ionic layerwhich provides protection to the packed parts from corrosion. It thusenables effective and long term protection of ferrous and non-ferrousmetals against corrosion /oxidation and tarnishing under adverseconditions including contaminants in air such as hydrogen sulphide,sulphur dioxide, ammonia or acid rain. VCI vapours easily migrate tohard to reach areas like drilled holes, crevices etc. and giveeffective protection.
