SERIFLEX offers following ranges in textile printing and decorating.
Direct Puff / Foam Colours: Ready to use direct foaming colours.
High Density Availabale clear base and colours. It needs proper adequate Film application desired mesh and exposing and print techniques. It raises a straight uplift a rubber film. This is the ongoing craze in special effects printing. A high density print is a very sharp-edged 3D print that really stands up off the garment. The major sporting goods companies have jumped on the opportunity to sport their logos with this new innovation in ink technology.
SUEDE Inks. Suede should be printed through a 195 to 230 monofilament polyester mesh with a 70 durometer squeegee. Try to avoid multiple print strokes if at all possible. If the wet print looks thin or light, it is probably perfect. The coverage will increase after the garment exits the dryer due to the fact that suede ink has ingredients that expand when heated, resulting in a thin suede like print.
Mettalic Inks. Available in silver gold copper bronze aluminium. Metallic inks are typically printed in the 60 to 110 monofilament rangewith a 70durometer squeegee. It may be necessary to underbase the metallic print with white plastisol when printing on dark garments, or use a print-flash-print sequence
Foil Adhesive Foil Printing: It is an excellent special effect for highlighting a design. It is a twostep process that is done by screenprinting a foil adhesive directly on a garment and semi curing it in a conveyor dryer as you normally do. Then the foil is applied with a heat transfer machine. Medium pressure. Foil is placed on the printed image with dull side down. After transfer let the foil cool down and then peeloff the foil at onego. The special look is on the fabric.
