Therefore, we are looking for parties who might be interested to buy or accept trade-in (exchange) of the pictured Laser Tattoo Removal Machine from a Supplier in Beijing, China on As-Is Where-Is Basis. The unit was never used because it FAILED to properly initialize during our product qualification process. Furthermore, our records strongly indicate that the original manufacturer which we later discovered to be just a mere trader, lacks the experience and expertise to properly diagnose the failure, nor do they have the structure and competent technical personnel to service their overseas systems. Based on initial inspection of this system, some of the parts also appeared to be recycled or reconditioned and may be verified by the confirmed buyer.
