Honeywells IP surveillance offers easy installation with an auto-discovery feature for Honeywells IP and megapixel cameras and Rapid Eye, Fusion and Enterprise recorders. The integration of Honeywells IP surveillance technologies with traditional analog components enables users to save money by maximizing their initial investment, said Mike Harvey, senior marketing manager for video systems, Honeywell. Users can add one camera at a time or thousands; they can use a single client workstation and server configuration or expand to multiple client workstations and servers to future-proof their digital video recording.

All of Honeywells new IP camera offerings can be used with Honeywells Fusion III v3.6 DVR, which allows users to migrate their analog systems to IP at their own pace. Fusion III v3.6 offers a simple IP license so users can implement IP without installing a new DVR.

The enhancements include additions to Honeywells EQUIP Series of IP cameras, as well as the companys new HCX Series of megapixel cameras and MAXPRO VMS video management system.
