well-grown plant, over two feet in height, may be transplanted from a pot to a plant bed in order to let it grow freely.
Curry leaves are best used fresh, but if you want to store them, you can keep dried leaves in the freezer or make a thick paste of the leaves. While most people use the leaves to flavour curries,
the stem can also be used for flavouring, but it must be discarded before serving the dish.
