STANDARD FEATURES - Construction: frame rails and floor = 3/16" thick plate; sides and ends = 10 ga. thick sheet.
- Power Source: truck PTO with 40:1 ratio gear with 1-1/2" cross shaft.
- Conveyor: 34" wide bar type pintle chain with 3/8" thick bars on 11" centers.
- Spinners: twin 24" disc, 1/4" thick plate with four 9" blades on each disc.
- Lengths to choose from: 10 ft. through 24 ft.
OPTIONAL FEATURES- Heavy-duty conveyor gear case: 50:1 ratio with 2" rear cross shaft.
- 2-speed conveyor gear case - unload at standard speed or shift to 1/3 of standard.
- 2-speed gear case - run spinners at standard speed or shift to 1/3 of standard.
- Tandem pump hydraulic system with in cab electric switch for conveyor.
- Tandem motor case on conveyor - recommended on units 16' and up.
- Stainless steel hopper construction.
- 40" wide conveyor for shavings.
- Inverted vee - to hold weight off of conveyor chain.
- Overrunning coupler on spinners to allow them to "free-wheel"
- Hydraulic end gate.
- Slant or slope rear end at no charge.
- Heavy-duty conveyor chain.
- Bars every other link.
