If you're concerned with rising fraud, you'll be glad to know that the new PINpad 1000SE meets the latest security standards for PIN entry - effectively protecting you and your customers. It is PCI PED approved.
As the volume of PIN-based transactions continues to grow, you'll also want a device that keeps your checkout lanes moving. The updated PINpad 1000SE has a larger, highly readable graphics display and large, hard rubber numeric keys - plus function keys for special tasks - that enhance the device's ease of use and minimize PIN entry errors. In addition, a new tapered design features a unique "grip zone" that reduces the chances of dropping.
Bargain Terminals will ship this PINpad to you unencrypted. In order to use this PINpad with your credit card terminal you will first need to have it encrypted. For this you can either ship it to your merchant account provider or in many cases your merchant salesperson can arrange to have the processor swap out an encrypted unit for this unencrypted PINpad.
