Software Features & Benefits Wide Format Support For " PowerPoint, Word, Excel, bmp, gif, jpg, pdf, swf presentations. " Presentation without slides. Combining Different Types of Trainings " AcuStudio allows you to combine Instructor Presentation on one slide with Application Training on another, or change video/audio source/bitrate/size. All during the recording session! Pause/Insert Pause " During a recording, you can Pause and take a break. " During recording you can Insert Pause. When viewers view your presentation, it will pause at that particular position and viewers can carry out the actions that you want them to. Teleprompter " Central teleprompter takes the speaker's notes from PowerPoint slide and centrally position it so that your eye view is in line with the webcam. " Teleprompter will scroll at approx 70 words per minute (adjustable) to help you pace your speech. Annotation " Bring up a pointer, marker/highlighter, pen or text input box to enhance your presentation. " Capture any part of your screen, an image from another USB device, bring out a white board or a webpage and make it part of your presentation. Full Screen " Useful when you have a conference cum audience presentation. Audience sees the presentation like in PowerPoint presentation. Application Training " Provides Screen Director to capture everything you are doing on the screen. It is an excellent tool for web and software application training. " Screen Training can now be combined with slide presentation as well. One Click Edit " During recording - Re-record without having to stop recording - Just click on the slide and that's it! " During Preview - Erase any unwanted video. Click on TRIM to cut out the unwanted video. AcuStudio will automatically rebuild the content for you. " During Preview, edit the Table of Content, insert speakers notes and Insert Pause. " In the slide sorter view, delete any unwanted presentation by deleting the slide. The content will be automatically rebuilt. " In slide sorter view, drag and drop your presentation slides, the content will be automatically rebuild in the exact slide order. Content Resources " AcuStudio will inspect your slide, copy any hyperlink resource on the local hard disk and change the hyperlink for web access so that you can upload to AcuManager (AcuStudio only) or copy content to CD or DVD for playback on other PCs without worrying about "page not found" error. Backstage Processing " Media presentation takes a long time to process. All AcuStudio processes are engineered to "wrap up" the current recording session quickly so you can move on to the next presentation. Editing function that takes a longer time can be process later. Publishing " Publish your completed media rich presentation to - hard disk, - CD/DVD or - Network (AcuStudio only, requires AcuManager) Integrated System (AcuStudio only) " Works together with Content Delivery Network (AcuManager and AcuStream) to provide network access to content. " You can also broadcast your presentation live over the web via Unicast and/or Multicast. " Live broadcast can either be instructor or screen capture. " You can also broadcast your presentation with or without slides. " Protect your content using MSAD, self defined users and passwords or access codes " Check how many people accessed your content, the duration etc.
