With the combined wireless connectivity, modem/ISP account sharing, broadband connection, Fast Ethernet switch and print server capabilities, this device saves you the cost, while providing your wireless users the convenience, ease of use and high-speed access to the Internet and servers.
A print server supporting the IP protocol function is built into this device. You can directly attach a parallel printer to the built-in printer port to share this printer out. Fast Ethernet and wireless users can print web pages and other files on this printer.
To allow the wireless users to access office databases, you can connect file servers to the built-in Fast Ethernet switch ports. These ports provide dedicated bandwidth running at up to 200Mbps full duplex for simultaneous access from wireless users.
The device can automatically assign IP addresses for up to 252 users. All users share a single Internet connection without the need for any network wires. The device provides firewall protection from Internet. It also provides special pass-through support for common VPN implementations such as NetMeeting, IRC, ICQ, allowing users to run Internet games, video conference and Internet telephony. A DMZ Virtual Server setting can be applied to a single client behind this device to expose it to the Internet and ensure complete Internet application compatibility.
This device can be used for residential homes or commercial purposes at a hotel or other premises to provide connectivity for wireless users and give them access to the Internet.
It connects wireless users together on a single network and provides them with the broadband Internet access.
Fast Ethernet connectivity is also provided with 4 built-in 10/100Mbps switch ports. IP print server function is built-in, allowing wireless users to print web pages on a shared network printer.
