Product Details
The FAAC770 underground swing gate system is the ideal solution for installations where: Aesthetics is the overriding selection factor and the operator must be almost invisible. There is a space problem where the gate swings up flat against the side wall of property. The 770 is an electro-mechanical operator which mounts into the ground directly beneath the leaf of the swing gate. The swing gate rests on the operator with the unit providing the bottom hinge. The only part that is visible is a flat stainless plate flush with the ground, which covers the mechanism. The operators can handle up to a 2.5m leaf swing gate weighing up to 500kg in domestic and light industrial applications. The motors are 24V DC and are controlled by the CENTURION CP77 DC controller suitably modified to be compatible with the system. The power supply is configured for two applications. Domestic: The controller is configured as a battery driven system with 24V 7AH battery supply and charger. (20% DUTY CYCLE) Light Industrial: The controller is configured with 24V power pack. Battery back-up can be conveniently fitted by adding two 12V batteries housed in a separate enclosure. (30% DUTY CYCLE) FEATURES Low voltage DC motors Increased safety as there are no high voltages in the vicinity of the motor.
