We also manufacture a "flat" clay roof tile which is great for low income projects.
We have the production capacity to handle various projects size multiplied by 20+. Contrary to concrete tiles, plastic, metal, or anything artificial, our roofing tiles are made of natural clay, fired inside kilns at very high temperatures over 800 degree C. so there is no sun or weather inside planet earth which will harm it or change any of its physicall characteristics.
Our clay roofing tiles are fired inside industrial kilns at a temperature of about 800 degree Celsius. This means that it has reached such a point of vitrification, through fire, that the sun or any heat lower than 800 degree, will have no effect on its structure, color, texture at all. In fact, we offer a lifetime warranty in its integrity, as long as it is exposed to temperatures bellow 800 degree.

With its strong, high crown profile, Avante S clay tile is capable of withstanding any human traffic on the roof. Due to its bonding groves, it is also capable of withstanding very strong winds. Avante S is made with a special blend of clays which come with a naturally occurring micro-granulation in its body matrix, causing an uncommon and very finish on the surface of our beautiful tile.
