The method of using Bitumen Impregnated boards along with other materials i.e. in a multi-layered manner , is becoming very popular as it increases the life cycles of the other materials by preventing it from getting damaged. This concept of construction is recommended now by most Civil Engineers and Architects in Japan, the United States and Europe. These Protection Boards are well suited for the protection of underground concrete membrane against filling compound. They provide a tough, durable protective cover designed to protect the various waterproofing membranes from construction abuse and harmful puncture by rocks and stones during the backfill operations. Protection Boards also stand up against normal onsite foot traffic by workmen as well as the pressures caused by the concrete pouring operation of multi-level floors and decks. For Waterproofing Membrane Protection: Protection from Aggregate backfill Protection from Job Site Foot Traffic Tough, Durable and Economical Jolly Protection Board is available in thickness from 9 to 25 mm, with a Bitumen content of 10%, 20% and 35 %. Everything can be made according to the customers specifications.
