7 - Mechanical Properties :
Excellent Thermal Insulator having less thickness is suitable for use in cold stores,warehouses and portable camping houses specially with Aluminum or colored steel sheet coverings which are resistant to serve and harsh atmospheric conditions and tropical corrosive weather system.
6 - Excellent Thermal Insulator :
A sound attenuation of about 30 db can be obtained with a 10 cm thick PU Panel, which is 4 times more than concerts, 8 times more than brick walls.If higher degrees of attenuation is required.Dual walls system can be used.
5 - Sound Attenuation Insulator :
One of the other products is panel wrapped in paper in 4,6,10,15 and 20 cm thickness suitable for use as heat insulator under concrete fishing or the industrial and residential building roofs, or the floors in cold storage system.
4 - Two Side Paper Covered Panel :
With use of one side metal and other side nylon or paper covering, Pu panel is an ideal material for suspended ceiling and roof cover of industrial buildings and warehouses.Another usage of this panel is to cover old or brick walls for new outward sight and cold and sound insulation.
3 - One Side Metal Sheet Panel :
Steel sheet coils with 0.5mm thick is deep galvanized by 275 gr/m2 of zinc coating on both sides with an average thickness of 0.7mm thick is unpainted or painted alloy 3105.3 coat of panete coats with the thickness of 20 micron.
2 - Specification of covering steel sheet of Panels :
Sandwich panels are produced in 2,3,4,5,6,8,10,12 and 15 cm thickness with 103 cm width with variable length according to order.The covering sheet material could be of plain and colorful aluminum, foil aluminum or craft sheet.The inside foam of the sandwich panel is also of polyurethane kind and with the specific weight equal to 40 kg/m3.The rigid polyurethane foam itself is resistant to the solvent, plasticizers, fuels, mineral oils, dilute acids and alkails, exhaust fumes and aggressive industrial atmospheres encodered in practical service.Itself resistance to fungi and microbes makes rigid polyurethane foam rot and decay advantage yet absence of any health hazard or odoure makes Pu panel the best insulator for uses in cold storage system.
