Product Details
The cores are wound by automatic core winding machine with a continuous silicon steelstrip and are annealed in high vacuum furnace under protection atmosphere orin continuous tunnel furnace. The impregnation is done in vacuum impregnatingequipment. The advanced manufacturing process makes full use of grain orientationof silicon steels, so that the core enjoys advantages such as compact volume,lightweight, low magnetic leakage and humming, high efficiency and stable quality.Applications: Power transformers, current transducers, instrument transformers, inductors, ballasts,AF transformers, magnetic amplifiers, voltage stabilizers and regulators
