Description: Urbans Cutting Oil for heavy duty operation containing high-sulfur content polysulfide and over based sulfonates and sulfurized additive to give an outstanding extreme pressure properties and provides outstanding performance on difficult-to-machine metals. Benefits: Formulated into wide variety of efficient cutting and forming fluids; reduces inventory and simplifies accounting. Suitable for machining high alloy and stainless steel metals. Dissipate excessive frictional heat even in the toughest cutting jobs. Extends tool life and reduces labor time. Application: Recommended to machine tough ferrous alloys as well as mild steel and cast iron in such operation as milling, drilling, turning, grinding, broaching, thread cutting, tapping and metal forming or any application where high speeds and quality finishes are required.
