The AG7120 plunger lubricants must be diluted with water prior to use. It is recommended to begin using at a ratio of 2 : 1 with H2O.
AG7120 Water-Based Plunger Lubricant is formulated particularly to perform well with steel plunger applications, but is also an excellent product for beryllium copper tips.
AG7020 Oil-Based Plunger Lubricant enhances the casting finish and reduces casting porosity. It provides protection especially for steel as well as beryllium copper tips to increase production.
