Product Details
The coal reserves are already permitted and bonded forunderground mining operations. Tocommence underground mining activity, it may require a technical revision ofthe existing permits, which are estimated to be approved in about fivemonths. The mining plan suggests developmentof two underground mines and both mines will be developed from the surface bythe portals. Each mine would have onemining section and will produce 220,000 -250,000 tons of clean coalannually. The entire mining operationwill produce 440,000 -500,000 tons of salable coal annually. The duration ofthe mines life is estimated to reach 20 years.
Mining Potential:
Additional reserves which are unleased but available couldincrease the total reserve by an additional 8,000,000 tons to a total of24,612,000 tons. These unleased coalreserves are controlled by the location.
Coal thickness ranges from 47 inches up to 53 inches,averaging a thickness of 48 inches

The coal reserve and other assets which are available fordevelopment, present a unique business opportunity due to its expected profitmargins. The coal reserve is proven to havemetallurgical quality (classified as low volatile metallurgical coal blend)which is presently very desirable.
