Buyer returns the draft contract to the seller by fax or e-mail and post-mail duty signed and sealed
Seller issues draft contract to the Buyer
Buyer sends FCO back signed with Proof of funds (POF) and Bank Comfort Letter (BCL)
Seller sends Full Corporate Offer (FCO)

The Rails shall conform to ISRI code R50-R65 andwill be Used rail steel scrap standard section Rails. Materialswill be, free from Mud, Dust, Fluff, Non-Ferrous inclusion,excessive rust and other impurities. Free from any and explosiveshells, cartridges, other arms and ammunition used or other andany close containers, subsance and coatings any organic waste andother harmful substance. Dirt, Dust fluff and othet immunity notallowed.
