11- Seller will sends goods on the dates mentioned in the contract to the buyer.

10- Seller's Bank will issue Proof of Products (POP).

9- Seller must pay 2% Performance Bond to the bank to make Bank Guarantee or Letter of Credit operative within 7 days after the date of issuance by the buyer's bank.

8- Buyer's Bank will open NON-OPERATIVE L/C.

7- Buyer and Seller will agree on L/C or BG text to avoid any confusion.

6- Seller will issue Performa Invoice for banking operation

5- Buyer will sign and seal the Hard Copy contract and sends two copies for the seller via Courier (FedEx) and keeps two copies (Note: up to the time of sign and seal of Hard Copies by both parties, the Draft Contract will remain still as the valid contract between the seller and the buyer)

4- Seller will issue Hard Copy of the contract (in 4 original copies) and sends it via Courier (FedEx, DHL) for the buyer.

3- Seller sends Draft Contract to be reviews and confirmed by the buyer. Buyer eventually signs and seals the draft contract and returns it to the seller.

2- Seller issues FCO (Full Corporate Offer) to buyer. Buyer eventually signs and seals FCO and returns in to the Seller.

1- Buyer issues ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) as per quantity, payment terms and prices provided above. In this ICPO, buyer must mention their target price, required monthly and annual quantity, payment terms and full banking details (including bank name, branch name, account name, account number/IBAN, bank officer name and bank contact information) and mention that SOFT PROBE via Banking Swift is allowed. We strongly suggest you to offer such ICPO to your bank officer to be signed and stamped by them as well so they become informed about such process between you and seller. (Standard Format of ICPO is attached to this document)
