The equipment functons to send harmful fume generated during incineratination of various wastes to hot-air distributor at the top ro conical part of spray tower throug high-temperature piping and evenly enter the tower;In the tower the acidic fume is fully and homogeneously mixed with fog droplets of alkali chemical solution atomized via high-speed centrifugal atomizer and both are neutralized to produce salts;Water droplets are rapidly evaporated at high temperature and the entire processs of devulcanization,deacidification,evaporation and decreasing temperature of fume is fulfilled;Solid thus produced is discharged from rotary valve at the bottom of the tower and steam,fume after reaction and dust are filtered and collected by hot-temperature cloth bags,thereby the exhausted gas is in conformance with national effluent standard.
