Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) Hot closed Mould Injection Manufacture under license from Plastech Thermoset Tectonics using MIT Technologies.
Light RTM / Vacuum Moulding.

External Reinforcement - Hot Dipped Galvanised Steel
Internal Reinforcement - Stainless Steel Grade 316 tie-rod or tie-bar

Sealing Materials :

Non toxic Rubber foam to be used for all jointing between tank panel flanges.
Bolts, Nuts and Washers :
Bolts, Nuts and Washers for the assembly of panels and exposed externally are hot dipped galvanised steel and in contact with water internally are stainless steel grade 316.

Cover panel support by PVC pipes complete with one 600mm diameter manhole for each compartment.

Transparent tube with level marking complete with aluminium casing.
