9. Buyer must inform in this contract all the ports of destination that can be used to be created a formal schedule for delivery.

TRANSACTION PROCEDURES TO START DEALPacked in 2-ply woven bags 50 kg PP Polyethylene (PE) Liner, in slings or on pallets suitable for ocean transportation. Seller will provide 2% extra bags. Bags to be labeled in English Language indicating: 1) Net weight, 2) Sugar Cane ICUMSA 45, 3) Country of Origin 4) No producer name. Each empty bag's net weight to be 180 gram (min) Full bag has net weight of 50kg.
PACKING: 50KG PP BAGS.
INSPECTION: LOAD PORT - Societe Generale de Surveillance (SGS) at SELLERS cost shall inspect the commodity at the place of loading. SGS shall issue an inspection certificate of quality and quantity for the shipment to certify that the goods are in good order and condition and conforms to the specifications herein stated.
PERFORMANCE BOND: Seller will provide 2% performance bond total contract
PAYMENT TEMS: unconditional, disencumbered, transferable and divisible BG/SBLC 30% amount contract as guarantee and each shipment will be paid by DLC or T.T. , renewable annually and confirmed by a Top 50 Bank European or USA Bank only.
PRICE PER METRIC TONS: US$ 340,00 ( to be confirmed ) by Metric Tons of ICUMSA 45
PRODUCT DISCHARGE: Minimum discharge rate at port of destination is 1500 MT per weather working day (WWD).
