Ingredients: Raw sheep milk, cheese-rennet of purified lamb, salt, redpepper (2%) and marjoram (2%).

Cheese with raw or half-cooked hard pressed paste, obtained fromfull-cream. It shows the classic white and yellowish colour mixed with the redcolour of pepper and the green colour of marjoram that can remember the coloursof the flag of our nation. It has cylindrical form, with a rugose surface andthe classic modelling impressed by the container. The taste is sweet, spicy,aromatized thanks to the marjoram and gently savoury.
