The first step is to disassemble the pump body and cover. Then you can remove the front sheath. After the front sheath is removed, remove the impeller. After the impeller is removed, you can remove the rear sheath from the shaft. Removed.

Then it\'s time to replace and install. Before installing the new rear sheathing, the surface will need to be sanded to create a smooth transition. Generally, the manufacturer has already taken care of it when shipping it, and we can install it directly. After installation, we reinstall the impeller and front sheath in order, and finally connect the pump body and pump cover with bolts. The entire replacement is complete.
