How to adjust the impeller clearance of ZJ slurry pump

There is a correct gap value between the impeller and the rear guard plate of the slurry pump. We have previously introduced the method of adjusting the impeller clearance of the AH slurry pump. Today we will introduce how to adjust the impeller clearance of ZJ slurry pump.

Because the bracket forms of ZJ series slurry pumps and AH series slurry pumps are different, the methods for adjusting the impeller clearance are also different. The ZJ slurry pump bracket is a horizontal split bracket. First we need to loosen the 6 bolts on the bracket to give it room to move forward and backward, and then adjust the impeller clearance by rotating the 8 screws on the end cover. There are 4 long screws on the end cover. Rotating the long screws can drive the impeller of the slurry pump closer to the drive end. Rotating the other 4 short screws drives the impeller to move toward the inlet of the pump. After adjusting the impeller clearance, tighten the 6 bolts on the bracket.
