3.2. Gas-proof box has a cylindrical shape.
On the lid there is a threaded neck to join the box to the front of the mask, but in the bottom of the box - a round hole through which inhaled air arrives.
3.3. The front part of the mask provides a summing purified gas-protection in a box of air to the organs of respiration and protects the eyes and face from falling on them poisonous, radioactive
substances and bacterial (biological) agents.
3.4. The valve box K-62 front part is used for the distribution of flow inhaled and exhaled air.
Inside the valve box installed inhaling and two expiratory valves (primary and secondary).
3.5. Bag is used for storing and wearing a gas mask. Bag is equipped with a shoulder braid (with peredvizhnymipryazhkami) to wear a gas mask over his shoulder and taped to secure the mask on the
body.
In addition, the bag has one flat and two large pockets. Flat pocket designed to accommodate boxes Antifog films, two large pockets: one - for dressing, another - for individual antichemical
package.
3.6. Set Antifog films designed to protect windows from fogging glasses.
3. PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION AND DEVICE
3.1. The principle of the protective action of a gas mask is based on that used for breathing air is pre-cleaned (filtered) of toxic, radioactive substances and bacterial (biological) agents in the
gas-protection box.
For this gas-proof box fitted out a special absorber and suppressant (aerosol) filter.

1. APPOINTMENT masks
1.1. Filter mask GP-5 is designed to protect from falling into the respiratory system, eyes and face of the man, poisonous, radioactive substances and bacterial (biological) agents.
2. COMPOSITION AND TECHNICAL DATA
2.1. Set mask GP-5 (Fig. 1) consists of gas-protection box GP-5, the front part of the CMM or CMM-62U-62, carrying bags and boxes of Antifog films (NP).
2.2. Mask GP-5 have the following main technical parameters:
a) The weight of the mask assembly, kg - no more than 0, 9;
b) The weight of gas-proof box, kg - 0, 25;
