Principle:

Dough is pushed to the outlet by the screw propeller, forming the hollow dough tube, and the stuffing will be pushed into the surface of the pipe, and the final forming die is rolled out.

Details:

The whole process mainly by the transmission dough, filling and forming three parts to achieve. Stuffing feeding part is to put the filling into the hollow tube and control the filling quantity of the institutions, which is composed of stuffing bucket, a stuffing auger, a stuffing pipe, two-stage variable vane pump. The main function of forming part is to mould the shapes. And it is made by forming frame, forming mold, forming roll, fastening bolts and dry bucket.

The stuffing of these finished products can be all kinds of 100% meats, all kinds of 100% vegetables and mixture of meat and vegetable, and these finished products can be boiled, steamed, fried. The thickness of dough wrapper and the quantity of filling can be adjusted as well.
