The Main Forming Mechanism of SPC Frame Bending Machine:

The SPC frame bender is mainly composed of: middle frame, side frame, frame, bending clamping in the cylinder, oil cylinder, side clamping cylinder, incoming material return oil cylinder, hydraulic pump station, control cabinet, mobile workstation, etc.

Working Principle of Door Bending Machine:

The programmable window frame bending machine is driven by feeding oil cylinder to drive the left and right side of the frame to carry out the feeding, and the ribs are machined by the main bent oil cylinder to realize the bending and s-shaped bending. The working process is as follows: firstly, the ribs are put into the working platform of the cold bender, and the shape is clamped with the left and right side clamping cylinder. The next step is to do the feeding or bending work. Press the feed button (take the left feed as an example), the right clamping cylinder clamping, the left and middle clamping cylinder relax, the feed oil cylinder pushes the left and right side of the frame to open, then the left clamping cylinder is clamped, the right clamping cylinder is relaxed, the feeding cylinder pulls the left and right side of the frame to close together, so as to complete a feeding process. The reverse direction feed is the resection. Press the bending button, the main bent oil cylinder drives the front (rear) movement, thus the bending force is applied to the ribs and to realize the bending of the ribs. In reverse bend ribs, in order to avoid wrinkling, the oil cylinder is clamped on the ribs to achieve the \"clip without tight\" condition.
